Global secondary school enrollment increased by 40% since 1995

As can be clearly seen in this graph, secondary school enrollment increased noticeably from about 58% in 1995 to 75% in 2015.

The remarkable thing however – which you can’t see in this graph – is that in the same time period, global population increased from 5.7 billion to 7.2 billion. That makes 2.1 billion more children getting a secondary school education.

That my friends is amazing!
