Annual US Photovoltaic installations increased by a factor of 180(!!) between 2000 and 2015


When you look at the graph above, you can see that just in the five years between 2010 and 2015 there was about a 9-fold increase in annual US PV installations and this trend is going to continue.

So much for people saying solar energy is a fringe product or that it’s to expensive ( I covered this topic in another post).

Since I’m very interested and enthusiastic about renewable energy and sustainability in general, you will be reading much more about this topic in the weeks and months to come!
